The Fiber Optic Cabling Training is designed to provide technicians, network engineers and project managers with the latest in optical fiber industry standards, design guidelines, installation practices, connector terminations, splicing, testing and troubleshooting. This course is vendor-neutral and will follow the latest standards in structured cabling and fiber optic cabling and show how they relate to installation requirements, optical transmissions, cable design options, termination and splicing, testing and safety. The course will provide hands-on fiber optic termination, splicing and testing practices to the students.
